Update #1 (Dec 11, 2012)

This year the Annual Business & Planning Meeting will be moved to Portage WI since Holiday Mazda is now open on Saturday until 3 pm. Hence by having our meeting in their service bay, we are interfering with their business.

Bruce and Julie G. have offered us a room in their apartment complex, which is at 601 W. Slifer Street, Portage WI, 53901, for the meeting. Directions and parking information will be provided later. After a scrumptious lunch of sandwiches, snacks, and soft drinks provided by the BMC, we will sit down to discuss a variety of items, such as election of officers, new events for 2014, winners of the appreciation awards, and other items.

Plans are in the works for a place to eat after the meeting for celebration of what we have accomplished.

So mark the date on your calendar.

Update #2 (April 19, 2013)

The annual planning meeting will be at 601 West Slifer Street in Portage WI. This is the meeting room at Bruce and Julie Gerner's apartment complex. Parking will be around the back of building on Latton Lane, a dead end street. There will be signs directing you into the building, which is only a short half block away. Please: no parking in the tenant lot, or your car will be towed! We will start to gather around 11:00 a.m. for lunch with the meeting starting at Noon and ending at 4:30. The CLUB will provide food and soft drinks.

The meeting agenda and proposed budget will be emailed to all members at least one week before the meeting. Appreciation Awards with be handed out as well as prizes from Mazda.

After the meeting we will be eating at Pizza Ranch Buffet, which is only a couple blocks away at 2905 New Pinery Road. Pizza Ranch is a highly rated restaurant that features pizza, chicken, different types of potatoes, vegetables, salad bar, dessert and drinks (soda and beer are available). We will be paying for the buffet meal individually when we enter. According to the restaurant's current website, the cost for the buffet is $10.28/person.
