Annual Planning Meeting

The Annual Planning Meeting will be held on November 1, 2014. The Annual Planning Meeting is where events for the following season are discussed and placed on the calendar. It is also the event to elect the club officers for the ensuing year, to approve changes in operation of the club, and to establish the operating budget. This is an important meeting for the club.

Please consider more active participation in the club operations.

  • Do you have a favorite destination in your Miata – share your enjoyment by hosting an event and inviting BMC members to join you. Propose your event idea at the Annual Planning Meeting.

  • Do you have a digital camera – volunteer to be the official photographer on a club ride.

  • Do you enjoy telling a story – write an article for the Miata Trails newsletter, or volunteer to write the post-event article of a club activity.

  • Be part of the club leadership – the elected officers have a one-year term. It is not supposed to be life-time (think term limits). There are nine positions that are filled in November – how about you? If interested, let President Toni know you want to be on the ballot.
