Cheese Wheel, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity organization started in 2005 by Aaron Guell and Eric Bybee, two college friends in the Industrial Engineering program at UW-Platteville. Being life-long car enthusiasts, Aaron and Eric decided to turn their passion into a purposeful fund raising event.

Up until recently proceeds have gone to two Wisconsin Charities - Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin chapter of ALS Association (more commonly known as Lou Gehrig's Disease). With the recent acquisition of the Swan City Car Show resources have been given to the local Beaver Dam High School Scholarship Program. Other local community organizations within the Beaver Dam area will also receive donations in the upcoming years.
