Miatas Play Nashville — Verse 3

IMPORTANT NEW UPDATE INFO
Miatas Play Nashville - Verse 3
      			
Due to an unfortunate occurrence, there will be no pre-registration for this event. Verse 3 of this event has been changed to 
a more low-key event in Nashville. That is not to say the event, and our BMC trip down to Nashville is not happening. Just that 
the game plan has changed a bit. 

First, the event is still on, and Mary Lynn and I still plan on making a trip down to Music city, but there is now no registration 
or the typical pre-attendance fees associated with an event of this type. 
It will be a pay as you go event.
This means that Miatas Play Nashville Verse 3 will still have the dinners, concerts and other doings that were in the works, but 
now each attendee will pay their way for each portion that they wish to attend, however there will be no tee shirts or goodie bags 
to speak of. (I might have us put something together for our trip, so if you sign up let me know if you would want to get in on a 
shirt – I’m thinking maybe western would be appropriate! 

As you all know Nashville has a lot of variety to offer, and this event does as well. Some of the thing that are in the works are:
	
A ride and visit to the restored town of Grandville, TN. Sort of their version of Old World Wisconsin, except with 
Tennessean things instead. There will diner available as well as other historic things to check out, and of course 
a back country ride.
	
A Concert and I believe dinner? – I’m not willing to jinx anything by naming names, but I’ve heard rumors we may be 
pleasantly surprised.
	
It will have several other rides outside of town planned as well, for those of you that haven’t had enough driving.
	
And I plan on making a few stops of my own in town to some favorite haunts as well as some new ones should you want to join us.

This does not include my drive down and back on a leisurely  a pace as I can do in a Miata. But I can promise some different 
stops along the way.

Since this is a departure from the norm for most of our regional trips I am creating 2 lists on the website for sign up. 
1. Currently  if you already contacted me and told me already you were going, you name will appear on the attending list. 
2. If you are just tentative and have only inquired, guess what list you’re going on – you got it! The tentative list. 

For traveling purposes I would like to limit this to say 10 cars max, but we’ll see how it goes. They say the more the merrier, but 
some time that not a good thing when it comes to sharing a hotel room.  The important thing is to get a room and get on the list if 
you plan on attending. So, if you’re still seriously interested, here’s what you should do; make your reservations by calling the 
Guesthouse Inn & Suites directly at 615-885-4030. 
If you use the website you may not get the discount. (Should be $90/night + tax.)

Make sure you let me know your decision, even if you change lists.
I will post more info as I get it, or create more of the ride itinerary for us as this event becomes clearer. 

For those of you that have travel with me before, you know I wouldn't steer you the wrong way – unless of course it was to make a U-turn.
